14-Day Return Policy Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase on www.lunexhome.com for any reason, you have 14 days from the receipt of the goods to request a return.

For returns due to reasons not related to quality, we will deduct the shipping fees corresponding to the delivery from our warehouse to your shipping address, in accordance with the Consumer Code. For any orders involving bulky items or furniture, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. For this, we invite you to contact our customer service via email at customerservice@lunexhome.com to declare your return. You will receive a response as soon as possible.

To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:

  • The returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging.
  • All accessories and the original packaging included with your purchase must be included with the return.
  • All return and refund requests must be verified through the official LUNEX HOME websites. If the return reason is deemed invalid, the request will be rejected, and the package will be returned to the customer.
  • All refunds to customers will be processed using the same payment method that the customer used to purchase the product and will take a maximum of 14 business days after receiving your package. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Note: Original shipping fees and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

When receiving my package, if I believe the packaging shows signs of damage, I have the option to:

  • Either refuse the package, and it will be returned directly to the sender;

  • Or contact us via email at customerservice@lunexhome.com to explain the situation and provide any evidence of packaging damage. We will respond within 2 business days and assist you throughout the process to resolve any issues encountered.
My item has a defect

LUNEX HOME pays great attention to the quality of its products. However, if despite all quality checks, a defect is found, we invite you to report this issue in order to receive a replacement item or a refund. Please follow the procedure below:

  • Send an email to customerservice@lunexhome.com with:
    • The order number (in the subject of the email);
    • Photographs of the defective product;
    • A photograph of the label on the packaging.

Our customer service will respond within 2 to 5 business days.

In the case where the defective item has been returned, please follow the return procedure and specify the reason for the return. If the defect is confirmed to be our responsibility, the return and reshipping fees will be reimbursed.
