Online Dispute Resolution
After attempting to resolve the issue with LUNEX HOME, any consumer has the right to free access to a consumer mediator for amicable resolution of disputes with a professional.

3) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Disputes arising between parties, including those related to contract formation, interpretation, or execution, will be resolved by the Paris Court in accordance with French law if amicable resolution fails.
